List of future enhancements to be published

Improvement on the Tab ’’WI details’’:

• New way of contributing Preliminary Work Items (PWI)
• Well documented screen
• More pre-filled information by the system: WI committee, WI reference (i.e. DTR/ERM-00123), Formal title 1
• Rename "..." button for the fields "Rapporteur" and "Supporting companies" and improvement of the two windows to select the rapporteur and the supporting companies.
• Improvement of the "Check WI proposal" which will be done automatically by the system. A message will appear at the top of the screen indicating whether the WI is ready or not for approval. When selected, the "Save" button will also do the WI check Proposal.

Portal login

• When a user logs onto the portal, he will not be redirected on the portal homepage anymore if he is on another page.

Change of the Behaviour of "New Contribution" button

• When the contribution list view screen is opened from a committee via the portlet [Full view] button, the [New

contribution] button will preselect this committee.

• When the contribution list view screen is opened from a meeting page (Meeting Calendar), the [New contribution] button

will preselect this meeting and the relevant committee.

Removal of the "Meeting" Tab

Improvement on the Tab ’’General’’:

• Screen documented:A status date is added next to the status field as well as the status note (when available)
• Label fields improved
• The "..." button to select the Source has been renamed to [change]
• Some descriptive text has been added inside the "Decision requested" filed and in the "Abstract" fields. The content of the abstract field is recovered on the cover page.
• The meeting and the allocation information have been moved to the General tab in order to always be visible. The attachment of a contribution to a past meeting (since less than 30 Days) is possible

Links added to the lists of contributions per meeting from the meeting calendar

• A direct link to lists of contributions per meeting from Meeting calendar portlet has been added
• A fixed link to contribute from the meeting calendar application, now pre-filling correctly the group and meeting has been added

Improvement on the Tab ’’Draft’’:

• The Committee to which you contribute is pre-filled
• The WI reference list is in ascending order and PWIs are displayed at the top of the list

• The ETSI number is displayed (when available)

• WI Version menu: Available version are displayed in a descending order

• The upload of a new version of a draft has been changed: no more ‘’…’’ button but a new feature ‘’Upload new version’’ at the top of the ‘’version’’ menu.

• After having uploaded a new draft version from the contribution application, then the system selects it automatically.

For all types of contribution (NWI, Draft, LS, CR, other…)‘’Make available’’ screen

• The future filename of the contribution is displayed as a link on the ‘’make available ‘’ screen. This to allow delegates to copy/paste this link in meeting report for instance

• The UID of the contribution you are about to make available is displayed in the screen title

• Screens are documented

For NWI and Drafts: Alignment of the ‘’Make available’’

• Screen documented: information on what will happen after having clicked on ‘’make available’’ button and of what will be composed the uploaded contribution.

• Then the system allows you to either let the system making available your contribution automatically or you have the possibility to upload a cover sheet manually should you wish to comment your contribution.

                                

For Draft versions uploaded in Latest drafts

• No more zip in zip file. Draft uploaded in Latest are no more put by the system into zip files

For ‘’other types’’ of contribution ‘’Make available’’ screen

• The system informs you of what you are about to do and what you need to do to complete the ‘’make available’’ action.

• The max file size of contribution to be uploaded has been increased to 20MB instead of 10MB

The [CSV Export] function from the Contribution List view

• Exports all contribution known attributes independently of the columns displayed in the current view and the number of rows in the view
