How to search and download published ETSI deliverables

There are several ways to search and download publicly available and published ETSI deliverables:

• the ETSI Portal home page
• the TB/ISG/3GPP/oneM2M home page
• the ETSI website

From the Portal home page

When no specific technical group has been selected in the body selector

In the Publications portlet, deliverables for all groups that have been made publicly available during a selected date are available.

• Click on Subscribe to receive automated deliverable notifications for deliverables of all TBs/ISGs/WGs and follow the instructions.

When a specific group has been selected in the body selector

e.g. ESI

• In the Publications – ESI portlet, the default view is deliverables that have been made publicly available in the current week for ESI.

The processes for approval of deliverables are defined as:

• Published [for Technical Reports (TR), Technical Specifications (TS), Special Reports (SR), Group Specifications (GS) & Group Reports (GR)
• Sent on Vote [EN Approval Process (ENAP) for European Norms (EN) or Harmonised Standards (HS)]
• Sent on AP [Start of One-step Approval Process (OAP)] Sent on Membership Approval Process (MAP) for ETSI Standards (ES) or ETSI Guides (EG) By using the drop-down menu or the  buttons, a previous week may be selected (up to the previous 6 months).

• Click on document list to view published deliverables

• To download the deliverable, click on the ETSI title
• To view the work item details in the Work Programme, click on the work item reference

Click on Subscribe to receive automated deliverable notifications for deliverables of all TBs/ISGs/WGs and follow the instructions.

From the ETSI website there are several ways to search and download deliverables

• the home page Search icon

• the STANDARDS tab
• the TECHNOLOGIES tab
• the COMMITTEES tab

From the home page Search icon

Click on the SEARCH icon  Pic7 and enter the search term before clicking the green SEARCH button

In the window that opens, use either the Search field, the pre-defined Collections (e.g. Most Popular or Most Recent) or the list of Sectors.

For an open search:

• Enter the criteria e.g. title, ETSI number or keyword in the search field

A list of deliverables for download will be displayed

• Use the Filter search results option on the left to further refine the results

NOTE: if a filter criterion is changed, click on the button Filter Standards or Reset Filter at the bottom of the left column to validate the new criteria selection

• Click on the icons to download the deliverable in pdf or in MS Word format (for ETSI On-Line account holders) plus additional files related to the deliverable, if applicable
• Use the drop-down menu for other options:
  • Details in ETSI work programme
  • Send link to a colleague
  • Subscribe to be alerted when the selected deliverable is being updated

The Sort By option is available for additional refinement

After filtering the requested search results:

• Click on Download All to download a maximum of 50 deliverables in one action

• Click on Export List to export the entire search result list in csv format:

Select the technology (Filter by Sector or Filter Technologies - e.g. 5G or NFV)

On each technology page (e.g. NFV) a link to the related committee page and/or to the related standards/specifications is available via a Standards or Specifications tab:

Select the partnership project, committee or Industry Specification Group of interest to see all publicly available deliverables from this group:

A new page will display a summary of the group’s work and a list of latest publications:

• Click on the icons to download a deliverable in pdf or in MS Word format (for ETSI On-Line account holders) plus additional files related to the deliverable, if applicable.
• Use the drop-down menu for other options:
  • Details in ETSI work programme
  • Send link to a colleague
  • Subscribe to an alert when the selected deliverable is updated
