A contribution can be:
- For Decision: a contribution is "For Decision" implies that the group is explicitly requested to take a decision on its content, and this decision shall be tracable (by the system, and in meeting minutes). When reserving a contribution "For Decision" its submitter must fill-in a description of the requested decision.
- For Discussion: a contribution "For Discussion" implies that the source of the contribution does not expect the group to take a decision on its content, but that he/she expects the group to dedicate some time for its presentation and for discussion. Example: a new version of a Draft that is not yet for approval.
- For Information: a contribution "For Information" is made available by its source to inform the group or some information for interest. By submitting a contribution "For Information" the source does not explicitly require the group to spend time to discuss it.
This attribute of a contribution is reflected in the automatically generated cover pages.
