All meetings are ordered by date only and this may not be changed.

The meeting calendar shows all the meetings taking place for the next two years for:
:* The whole of ETSI when displaying the Portal home page.
:* Your chosen Body after having selected an ETSI Body.
It includes meetings hosted at both the ETSI Secretariat and elsewhere.


==Search/Navigation==
The default view in the Meeting Calendar service is 'Month' for the home page, and 'Half year' for ETSI Body pages. (*) indicates that the default selection is not the current week as well as the presence of a cookie.


This view shows all the meetings taking place during the current week for :
The following action can be performed from the top banner of the meeting calendar portlet:
*The whole of ETSI when displaying the Portal home page.
:* Link to create a new meeting.
*Your chosen Body after having selected an ETSI Body.  
:* Link to search/browse meetings using the advanced query.
These links will re-direct you to the meeting calendar standalone application.

The week number and dates are also displayed.
It includes meetings hosted at both the ETSI Secretariat and elsewhere. (*) indicates that the default selection is not the current week as well as the presence of a cookie.


From the drop down menu there are four (4) other possible choices:

*Month: this displays all meetings taking place during the current month - even if they have been finalized or cancelled. The month date is also displayed (e.g.: This month 2001-06-01 to 2001-06-30) along with the total number of meetings found.
On the ETSI home portal, the Meeting Calendar show by default meetings for a two year period; for example from 1st January 2013 until 1st February 2015.
*Quarter: this displays all meetings scheduled for the current quarter. The date of the quarter is also displayed (e.g.: This Quarter 2001-04-01 to 2001-06-30) along with the total number of meetings.
Meeting are grouped by Technical Body in an alphabetical order, and then listed by meeting date.  
*Half-year: this displays all meetings scheduled for the current half-year. The date is displayed along with the total number of meetings.

*Year: this displays all meetings scheduled for the current year. The date is also displayed along with the total number of meetings.
Once a choice has been made from the drop down menu, the "OK" button on the right hand side of the service must be clicked in order to validate the choice.


There is also the possibility of filling in a particular date i.e. 2001-06-19 which will display all meetings which start on or after this date. The drop down menu may also be used in order to see all meetings for a particular period (e.g. week, month) from this particular date. When a date is entered in this way, the default start date for the chosen period is set to the beginning of the week (Sunday) in which the user-entered date falls.

The - and + buttons on the far right of the service may be used to move up or down within the calendar. If 'Week' is selected then the calendar will move up or down by one week, if month is selected the calendar will move up or down by one month etc.

General description

The Meeting Calendar service allows you to view the meetings of your chosen ETSI Body and/or its Sub-Groups, according to the selection you have previously made (see Body Selector).

Moreover, this service allows you to register / un-register for some of the meetings, contribute to a given meeting and search for The following information is displayed for each meeting in the list:

  • Start/End date
  • Ical icon.png Link to add an iCalendar reminder
  • Meeting title / reference, clickable to access more details

Browsing with a Date

By default, meetings are displayed for a period of two years.

It is possible to enter a Start date in the following format YYYY-MM-DD or click on the Calendar icon.png to select the starting date and ending date of your query.

Click OK to validate the dates and refresh the portlet.

The registration column contains:

    • Registered regblack.png: You are registered to the meeting, this meeting is now over.
    • Registered boldblue.png or Registered boldblueonline.png or Registered boldbluenoindication.png : You are registered to the meeting either for online or face-to-face participation. This meeting is current or in the future.
    • Notregistered regblack.png: You are not registered to this meeting. Registration for this meeting is not possible (the meeting is over, or registration is not open yet).
    • Notregistered boldred.png: Registration for this meeting is open.


You can register by clicking on “Not Registered” or cancel your registration by clicking on “Registered” and follow the instructions on the next screen.

To refresh the portlet, click on the refresh icon Refresh icon.png.
